Quality Engineer

Your tasks

• Perform and conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Perform and evaluate process capability, MSA/Gage R&R, and statistical correlation studies.
• Inspect and evaluate production parts and materials submitted for inspection.
• Create, verify, and maintain automated measurement programs for inspection.
• Create and update quality documents, including control plans, work instructions, and related documentation.
• Develop and improve inspection methods and measurement techniques to enhance inspection accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

1. Male/ Female age 25-30 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
3. Minimum 2 years in Quality Engineer or related field within a manufacturing environment.
4. Ability to read engineering drawings, dimensional tolerances and basic GD&T.
5. Knowledge measuring equipment such as Calipers, Micrometers, CMM, Vision Measurement systems and etc.
6. Knowledge of statistical quality tools, including process capability analysis (Cp,Cpk,Pp,Ppk), MSA/Gage R&R, and data analysis.
7. Experience using Minitab will be considered an advantage.
8. Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
9. Good teamwork, communication, time management, flexibility adaptability and able to work under pressure.
10. Good communication skills in English.
