Teaching and planning. Conduct lessons according to a program developed in accordance with FGOS, plan the educational process, and analyze how effective the chosen methods are. Control and assessment. Organize ongoing and final knowledge control: conduct tests, control works, and check homework. Maintain electronic documentation (electronic journal, diaries). Educational work. Maintain discipline, use modern forms of work (including interactive ones) in lessons and extracurricular activities. Set educational goals, develop children's independence and creative abilities, and form a civic position. Developmental work. Create a psychologically safe environment in classes, helping to reveal the potential of each student. Apply psychological and pedagogical technologies, including inclusive ones, for targeted work with different children (gifted, children with special needs, etc.). Safety. Ensure the protection of the life and health of children during lessons, electives, olympiads, and other events. In the event of an accident, immediately inform the administration and provide first aid. Interaction with parents. Report on children's successes and difficulties (through diary entries, individual consultations, invitations to open lessons), and attend parent meetings at the request of the class teacher. Methodological and organizational work. Participate in the work of methodological associations and pedagogical councils, and make suggestions for improving the educational process. Occasionally, the teacher is assigned the functions of a head of the classroom: replenish the methodological base, organize the production of visual aids, conduct safety briefings, and participate in classroom competitions.
