Sustainable Development Supervisor

1. Study sustainability assessment guidelines according to Thai standards (SET/IOD) and international standards.
2. Consider and assess material sustainability issues that impact the organization and stakeholders, comprehensively covering the dimensions of governance, economy, environment, society, and human rights.
3. Plan, prepare, and implement social and environmental responsibility activities, as well as organizational sustainable development activities, including monitoring and reporting performance results to supervisors.
4. Prepare annual sustainable development reports according to Thai and international standard frameworks.
5. Manage organizational risks to cover social and environmental risk issues that may impact the organization and departments, while systematically collecting data that is traceable.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Science, Engineering, or other related fields. At least 3 years of work experience in a related position. Knowledge of sustainability criteria and requirements according to Thai and international standards. Knowledge and understanding of quality and safety systems in the food manufacturing industry. Able to communicate in English at a good level, TOEIC score of 550 or higher. Excellent analytical skills and strong project management skills.
