Production Supervisor / Shift Leader (Rayong Factory)

• Verify the production plan, cleanliness of the production line, and the readiness of machinery in the responsible production line.
• Meet with line leaders to prepare for production, monitor the performance of line leaders and line employees together with line leaders, and coordinate with relevant departments to solve problems in accordance with GMP quality standards according to the production plan.
• Inspect machinery maintenance by line leaders, including collecting weekly reports on Alignment/Beaning Condition measurements of the machinery.
• Summarize production totals for the responsible line, report problems encountered during production in the line, and notify the next shift leader of production/machinery problems that pose risks for each line to investigate and resolve maintenance issues after production is completed.
• Inspect potential danger points that may affect employees and personal safety equipment.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering At least 2 years of experience in machinery maintenance At least 1 year of experience in the food industry Basic knowledge of product quality in the GMP system Basic knowledge of production process management and fundamental machinery maintenance Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good presentation skills Ability to read, write, or communicate well in English Ability to travel for overseas assignments
