Shop Sales Assistant

•Welcome, assist, and provide exceptional customer service to international and local walk-in customers •Present and sell premium YOKKAO Muay Thai equipment •Manage daily store operations, ensuring the shop is beautifully organized, clean, and up to brand standards •Conduct stock inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and report replenishments needed •Handle point-of-sale (POS) cash registers, process payments accurately, and prepare daily sales summaries

Qualifications: Excellent verbal English communication skills are required (as over 90% of our clients are foreigners). Previous experience in retail sales, storefront operations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred. (Experience in sports retail, fashion, or passion for Muay Thai is a major plus!) Enthusiastic, friendly, polite, with a strong service-minded attitude and good interpersonal skills. Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays (with rostered days off). Currently residing in Koh Samui or willing to relocate.
