SUPERVISOR (PRESS)

1. Provide training, supervision, and control for all newly hired Operators.
2. Supervise and ensure that all newly hired Operators perform work according to the manual.
3. Control machinery and control the production process to proceed with quality and be able to produce according to the production plan.
4. Submit production figures to the Production Manager to receive goods into stock.
5. Control the attendance statistics of subordinates to be at a rate of at least 98%.
6. Understand customer expectations and take action to achieve such expectations.
7. Perform work in accordance with requirements or operating procedures related to quality and environmental systems.
8. Check the quantity of good products and defective products each day.
9. Coordinate between departments to ensure production can achieve the goals as planned.
10. Control production costs to be efficient.
11. Maintain cleanliness and 5S activities of the department.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Male or Female, aged 38 years or older. Education level: Diploma (Vocational Certificate) or higher in Metal Die, Machine Shop, or Production Technology. Have knowledge in metal stamping dies (Stamping). Have an understanding of maintaining PRESS machinery and various equipment. Able to work in shifts and work overtime on regular working days and holidays. Have knowledge regarding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949. Have good knowledge and understanding of English. Have responsibility, honesty, and punctuality. Able to work in a team and have good communication skills. Those ready to start work immediately will be given special consideration.
