Senior Purchasing Officer
1.Handle the procurement of raw materials, machinery, equipment, spare parts, consumables, and office supplies.
2.Develop and manage suppliers, including RFQ, price comparison, and price negotiation.
3.Manage Purchase Orders (PO), procurement contracts, and delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery of materials and equipment.
4.Maintain good relationships with suppliers and coordinate quotations, product specifications, delivery schedules, and other purchasing-related matters.
5.Regularly evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and service, and continuously improve procurement and supply chain processes.
6.Coordinate purchasing activities with internal departments to support business operations.
7.Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above. Major is not limited; Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, or related fields are preferred. At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, material management, supply chain management, administration, or manufacturing-related industries. Good command of English for daily communication, email correspondence, and document reading. Chinese proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred to communicate with the Taiwan headquarters, Chinese-speaking suppliers, and multinational teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); ERP system experience is preferred. Detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
