Senior PM-Director/Project Manager/Senior Engineer (Renewable Energy/Engineer

Responsibilities: Project Management: Plan, execute, and control projects to ensure safety, timely completion, and adherence to budget. Engineering and Procurement: Review designs, prepare technical specifications (Spec), prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and manage the procurement/tendering process. Site Supervision: Oversee contractors to ensure work strictly complies with engineering standards, laws, and safety regulations. Coordination: Collaborate with government agencies, customers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Data Analysis: Monitor statistics and technical site data to identify solutions and prevent problems. Overall Management: Manage stakeholders and be able to drive work independently (Sole Contributor).

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or other related fields. Experience in design, installation, or supervision of solar cell systems will be given special consideration. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, PVsyst, or other software related to Solar system design. Knowledge of electrical systems, installation standards, and electricity authority regulations. Possession of a professional engineering license (Kow.Wor.) will be given special consideration. Good English communication skills (as you will work with international engineering teams). Meticulous, able to solve immediate problems, and work under pressure. 3-5 years or more (Mid-level) or 8-10 years or more (Manager/Senior level) in construction or renewable energy (experience in Solar Cell will be given special consideration). Able to drive a car and hold a driver's license; able to travel for work upcountry. Strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, or the ability to work effectively independently.
