Logistics Specialist

Your tasks

1) Searching for suppliers, focusing on the quality of offered material and technical resources, price, delivery times, and favorable delivery terms; 2) Developing the company's policy on material and technical supply issues. 3) Preparing and adjusting pre-contract documentation, as well as conducting negotiations with suppliers for the purpose of placing orders and coordinating delivery terms and timelines. 4) Concluding contracts with suppliers. 5) Exercising control over: - the status of material and technical resource inventories; - the operational regulation of production inventories at the enterprise; - compliance with limits on the release of material resources and their consumption in the enterprise's departments for their intended purpose.

Requirements

Knowledge of foreign languages: English - C1 fluent, Chinese - C2 expert. Work experience in a similar position in a Chinese company for at least 3 years. Skills in working with 1C, Outlook, Excel, MS Office, Power Point - advanced user; Knowledge of the basics of Russian and Chinese regulations in the field of logistics; Management skills and leadership qualities, effectiveness, ability to quickly navigate difficult situations, make independent decisions, responsibility, initiative, communication skills.
