Head of Legal Department

Ensuring the legal basis of the company's business activities; Resolving personnel issues regarding subordinate employees; Interacting with the company management on legal matters; Analysis and development of the company's legal documentation; Ensuring the legal aspects of contracts and agreements concluded by the company; Representing the company's interests in courts; Representing the company's interests on legal matters in interaction with partners, legal entities, and regulatory authorities; Ensuring the legal side of claim reviews; Ensuring the legal aspects of tax planning; Monitoring legislative and regulatory activities in the company's field of activity; Ensuring the necessary updates to the company's regulatory and legal framework; Consulting other managers, subordinates, and company employees on legal matters within their competence; Coordinating the activities of subordinates and ensuring the effective operation of the subordinate unit; Ensuring proper document flow in the company; Organizing the company's legal activities from the perspective of minimizing relevant risks.

Requirements

Qualification: Work experience: from 5 years Education: Higher Bachelor's degree, Master of Laws in the field of international law Knowledge of foreign languages: English - C1 fluent, Chinese - C2 expert Requirements: Higher education (jurisprudence). Work experience as a lawyer in this field of at least 5 years, including at least 5 years in a managerial position in a Chinese company. General knowledge of the fundamentals of legal and labor law in China, understanding the principles of Russian and Chinese legislation, including within the Chinese system. Understanding the legal systems of Russian and Chinese legislation, the ability to compare laws. Work in a similar position for at least 5 years in Chinese companies.
