You will:
- Participate in the development and implementation of long-term and medium-term brand/brands development strategies;
- Develop and implement an activity plan to support the brand/brands over a one-year perspective, including the e-commerce channel;
- Participate in the development of the brand communication platform, as well as a toolkit for implementing programs within retail chains, including advertising images for retail chains and visual content for the e-commerce channel;

- Develop and launch localization projects, PPA, as well as seasonal portfolios within the assigned brand/brands;
- Develop and implement programs for brand activation at national and regional levels, as well as within individual retail chains;
- Develop design within the brand;
- Support the execution of activities based on Brand Plans;
- Build effective communications and establish workflows with external partners (agencies) and other departments within the organization;
- Participate in initiating consumer research to identify, understand, and monitor consumer requests and needs;
- Monitor and manage the image metrics of the brand/brands;
- Be responsible for all aspects of assigned projects: project support, assistance in the execution of key launches and projects/campaigns, including conducting post-analysis;
- Control the marketing budget on a monthly basis;
- Participate in all events and special cross-departmental projects (e.g., seasonal programs, new product launches, promo activities, etc.).

We expect:
- Higher education in marketing, management, economics, sociology, advertising, etc.;
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position (Junior Brand Manager, Brand Manager, etc.) in the FMCG industry;
- Participation in brand strategy development, brand building, development of innovations and brand activations;
- Experience in effective interaction with BTL, advertising, media, and creative agencies;
- Experience in project management and cross-functional interaction;
- Experience working with a brand/brands portfolio, P L (profit and loss) analysis, brand portfolio growth analysis, profitability, and investments;
- Experience working with a portfolio in terms of product assortment: core product, novelties, pricing (PPA), product weight, impact on increasing productivity and product quality;
- Participation in creating pricing and brand promotion strategies;
- Knowledge of English (Proficient level);
- Proficient use of software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Nielsen);
- High level of written and oral communication, including presentation skills;
- High level of responsibility and leadership in tasks, projects, and processes;
