You will:
- Be responsible for the quarterly calculation of the standard costing of finished goods and semi-finished products in SAP;
- Be responsible for entering standard prices in SAP for raw materials, materials, and packaging on a quarterly basis, as well as upon request;
- Be responsible for calculating labor rates, variable, and fixed costs for finished goods and semi-finished products in SAP during the budget cycle;
- Be responsible for copying current versions of product recipes in physical units of measurement for raw materials and packaging into the financial version of SAP for costing purposes;
- Be responsible for copying current versions of production standards into the financial version of SAP for costing purposes;
- Perform operations related to the financial closing of reporting periods in accordance with the company's established financial closing calendar;
- Be responsible for the calculation and reporting of cost reduction initiatives within the lean manufacturing program;
- Within the framework of the Company's budget processes, perform economic planning of direct and indirect costs at the enterprise, as well as prepare monthly actual data with an analysis of direct and indirect cost variances. Regularly present analytical reports on budget execution to heads of structural units. Based on the results of the analysis, submit proposals to the immediate supervisor for optimizing operating costs;
- Prepare monthly reports on capital expenditures and expenses related to the implementation of Company projects. Based on the results of the analysis, submit proposals to the immediate supervisor for optimizing capital expenditures;
- Support the management of Capital projects in the SAP system, performing accruals and reclassification of costs if necessary;
- Be responsible for maintaining fixed asset accounting in accordance with US GAAP requirements, including:
- when interacting with the engineering service, Business Development Department, and the Fixed Asset accountant (RAS), ensuring timely commissioning of Fixed Assets;
- preparing documents for the disposal of Fixed Assets;
- supporting activities related to the movement of Fixed Assets between the Company's production sites, as well as the sale of Fixed Assets to a third party;
- Be responsible for organizing and conducting inventories of fixed assets with a frequency provided by the legislation of the RF and the Company's internal policies. Conduct analytical work based on the results of the inventory and report the results to the company management;
- Provide information during internal and external audits.
