Telephone Account Manager for a leading company in Kfar Saba

Advis Electronics in Kfar Saba is looking for a Telephone Account Manager. The role includes: • Handling the entire customer lifecycle – from the identification stage, receiving the order and entering it into the system, until full delivery. • Proactive and creative activity to identify and recruit new customers. • Telephone response to inquiring customers. • Routine handling and follow-up with customers, including collection and sending quotations. Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, at the company's offices in Kfar Saba. • Sales experience – Mandatory • Telephone sales experience – Significant advantage • Ability to conduct negotiations and perform telephone sales • Technical knowledge / Electronics Technician – Significant advantage • Fast learning ability with a desire to learn and professionalize • Proficiency with computers and technology • Good command of English • Creativity, "big picture" thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team • Diligence • Good energy • Availability for a full-time position
