Engineer

Perform technical tasks regarding interaction between the Russian office of the telecom operator and the company's head office in China: maintain technical correspondence, transmit information about the status of networks and equipment. Participate in the exchange of technical information on current telecom projects, network infrastructure maintenance issues, and telecommunications equipment supplies (servers, switches, base stations, optical lines). Prepare technical reports, specifications, and analytical materials for the head office regarding network status, incidents, and work performed by the Russian division. Collect and systematize technical information from Russian engineers and contractors, verify its correctness, and send it to the head office in a timely manner. Participate in online meetings with engineers from the head office in China, record technical requirements, and monitor the execution of assigned tasks within your competence. Support the implementation of technical instructions from the head office in Russia: interact with colleagues and contractors, coordinate installation and commissioning works, and track deadlines. Participate in the preparation of technical documentation, connection diagrams, equipment specifications, and other materials for interaction between the Russian office and the head office.

Requirements

Higher professional education. Experience working in telecommunications companies or engineering support for international projects will be an advantage. Knowledge of network equipment. Ability to conduct technical correspondence in Chinese or English. Responsibility, organization, and attention to technical details. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Readiness to interact with engineers from the head office in China.
