Aviation Reliability Engineer

Prepare monthly and quarterly Reliability Program reports with an analysis of operational reliability and its impact on the safety and flight regularity of aircraft. Carry out activities aimed at maintaining the airworthiness of aircraft. Develop corrective measures to reduce flight delays due to technical reasons and to reduce maintenance costs for operated aircraft. Analyze the effectiveness of existing Maintenance Programs. Perform aircraft handover and acceptance. Perform the functions of the Company's technical representative at the aircraft maintenance and repair sites. Monitor the technical condition of aircraft through data analysis. Interact with the Aircraft Developer and Aviation Authorities.

Requirements

Higher education in an aviation field. Experience of 2 or more years in aircraft maintenance organizations or airworthiness maintenance organizations is preferred (we also consider candidates without experience). Ability to work with documentation from the aircraft manufacturer and component manufacturers. Knowledge of English within the limits necessary to perform official duties. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of PLG software (AMOS, ALASKAR, Kupol, etc.) will be an advantage. Personal qualities: promptness, responsibility, high work capacity, ability to learn, diligence, stress resistance, communication skills.
