Legal Counsel

-contract work (development and analysis of draft contracts, legal support); - preparation and introduction of amendments to constituent documents; - management of claim and litigation work; - monitoring of legislation; - consulting management and employees of the institution on legal issues; - representation of the institution's interests in tax, judicial, and other state bodies.

Requirements

-Higher legal education is mandatory; -Experience/skills in performing specific legal work; -PC proficiency; -Knowledge of English; -Communication skills and discipline.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 3 years
