Foreign Procurement Department Manager

• Manage and administer the foreign procurement team (traffic light works, electronics, various supplies) accurately
• Contact and source equipment, spare parts, and foreign suppliers
• Coordinate within the organization, prepare inter-departmental documents

Qualifications: Male/Female, age 30-45 years old Bachelor's degree in a related field Able to manage a team, possesses leadership qualities 5+ years of experience in foreign procurement Able to drive a car and holds a driver's license Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
