Assistant Head of International Cooperation and Scholarships Department (Urgent)
- Prepare operational plans, budgets, monitor, and report the performance of the International Cooperation and Scholarships Department to achieve the institute's goals.
- Supervise and operate on international cooperation, establishing partnerships, and coordinating with both internal and external agencies, especially Japan and other countries, such as embassies, companies, organizations, universities, and educational institutions.
- Supervise and operate various exchange programs, both short-term and long-term, study abroad programs, research abroad, including sending students or faculty members for advanced studies at universities in Japan and other countries.
- Responsible for study abroad projects, organizing Education Fairs, and language courses abroad.
- Build relationships and expand cooperation with international organizations.
- Responsible for welcoming foreign guests, visits, seminars, and various ceremonial events.
- Supervise, monitor, and increase support from companies and individuals, and find new ways to secure funding and donations to support scholarships for students.
- Work as a team, consisting of Thai and Japanese staff, to achieve the set goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Thailand or abroad in a related field. Have knowledge and work experience related to international cooperation, exchange programs, and fundraising for at least 5-7 years. Have management skills, team building, coordination, monitoring, and reporting skills. Have coordination skills with both internal and external agencies. Have skills in database management, reporting, and presentation; able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, or online database systems very well; able to disseminate information on the institute's various online media. Have English language skills (TOEIC 600 or higher) and good Japanese language skills (N3 or higher); able to communicate and coordinate with Japanese people. Have a positive attitude, leadership, ability to build and work in a team, service mind, and good interpersonal skills.
