Your tasks

Legal support for investment transactions and capital construction projects (involving non-residents); Legal support for the full cycle of contract work (predominantly with non-residents): from procurement procedures to the implementation of an investment project, including deal structuring taking into account the specifics of industrial construction (contracts for design, manufacture, supply, and commissioning of equipment, service/work performance contracts, treasury and documentary operations within the framework of concluded contracts, customs operations, foreign exchange control procedures); Conducting complex multilateral negotiations with foreign counterparties (suppliers, contractors, consultants) on key contract terms while defending the company's interests; Conducting claim and litigation work regarding contracts concluded within the framework of investment project implementation; Coordinating interaction with other services and approving departments of the company, ensuring control over compliance with unified corporate standards of contract work.

Requirements

Higher legal education (specialization - civil law, contract law, private international law); At least 6 years of experience as a lawyer, of which at least 3 years - in the implementation of investment transactions and capital construction projects with non-residents (EP, EPC contracts, supply of complex technological equipment for industrial facilities); Experience conducting negotiations in English with foreign counterparties (suppliers, contractors, consultants); Ability to conduct tough negotiations with large counterparties at the TOP management level, conflict resolution skills and the ability to find compromises under tight deadlines; Experience working with the technical part of equipment supply contracts (understanding the process and sequence of actions, allocation of responsibility, acceptance procedures, testing, etc.); English language not lower than Advanced (C1).
