Responsibility for a transition program from establishment and construction, from the construction stage to the operation and maintenance stage in IFM, including Soft Services and Hard Services:

Main roles and responsibilities
- Reviewing engineering plans for new systems.
- Participating as a partner in planning meetings.
- Integration into the System Acceptance team for new systems.
- Preparation of financial documents.
- Building and maintaining schedules for the execution of handover and transition activities.
- Data documentation in systems after acceptance/handover.
- Field tours during construction stages at project sites and within facilities and buildings, verifying project progress, and understanding timelines towards the acceptance of buildings and systems.
Additional areas of responsibility:
- Supporting the client in checking installation quality and its documentation (ensuring that systems were built and installed properly and will operate in a production environment).
- Supporting the selection of design and products from the perspective of continuous operation: operating cost, reliability, compatibility, and operational efficiency.
- Promoting, managing, and planning contractual engagements.
- Controlling financial and contractual management from the construction stage until handover to the ongoing operations team.
- Background in mechanical, engineering, and financial aspects.
- Previous experience in managing employees, an advantage.
- Proficiency in IT software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High level of English.
- Strong administrative, organizational, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read building plans and engineering plans, an advantage.
- Understanding of electricity and plumbing, an advantage.
