Your tasks

Conducting scientific research on the topic of Problems of environmental safety of energy, industry and urbanized environment. Exercises scientific leadership of specific research topics, manages the work of employees performing these studies. Directly participates in the execution of research: - develops methods for solving the most complex scientific problems; - provides justifications for directions of new research and development, and proposals for programs and plans of research and development work; - organizes the development of new scientific projects; - coordinates the activities of co-executors of work; ensures analysis and theoretical generalization of the obtained results, proposes their field of application.

Requirements

Doctor of Sciences or Candidate of Sciences degree with at least 10 years of scientific work experience. Presence over the last 3 years of:

• publications in peer-reviewed journals included in the White List of scientific journals approved by the Interdepartmental Working Group created by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation with a total author contribution of at least 5 (for each publication, the author contribution is calculated as a value inversely proportional to the number of authors; author contributions are summed);
• at least one publication in international peer-reviewed journals of the White List at the UBC1 level;
• participation with oral reports in Russian and international conferences;
• publications in co-authorship with young scientists (up to 35 years old) in White List journals.

Must know:

• scientific problems and directions of research development, domestic and foreign achievements in the relevant field of science;
• modern methods and means of organizing and conducting scientific research and development;
• regulatory documents on the activities of scientific institutions, including labor remuneration and employee incentives;
• rules and norms of occupational safety and health, safety engineering;
• basics of information security.

Fluency in English. Leading Researcher (0.2 rate). Base salary 9153 rub. Incentive payments in accordance with the current Regulations on labor remuneration of IPE UrO RAS employees. Recruitment based on competition results. An employment contract for a term of 3 years is concluded with the winner of the competition.
