Network Security Specialist

Your tasks

independent analysis of the network IT infrastructure for information security threats; interaction with the IT department on issues regarding network architecture changes, secure network equipment settings, and infrastructure hardening; formulation of requirements, piloting, implementation, and operation of security and monitoring tools in the field of network security (NGFW+IPS, Proxy, VPN, NDR/NAD, NAC, Anti-DDoS+WAF, etc.); expert processing of regulator instructions, pentest results, and other recommendations to strengthen network security; development of technical documentation and standards for secure configuration of network equipment and IS systems; participation in IS incident investigations regarding network activity; interaction with SoC and contractors as an expert: joint incident response (including readiness to connect outside of working hours during high and critical level incidents); processing user requests and technical support on network security issues; teamwork on administration and fine-tuning of IS systems: MP SIEM, VM, Infowatch TM, Kaspersky products (KSC+KES, KATA+KEDR, KUMA, KSMG).

Requirements

total experience in IT/IS as a technical specialist of at least six years; experience in IS positions as a technical specialist / designer / IS architect of at least three years; knowledge of the regulatory framework of the Russian Federation and regulator requirements; deep understanding of protocols and network technologies, as well as principles of building secure network architectures; skills in developing technical documentation, including drawing network diagrams (Visio); possession of valid certificates (Cisco, Код Безопасности, Infotecs); skills in Windows/Linux server administration, hardware diagnostics, and sizing issues; technical English for reading software logs; systems thinking and advanced analytics; teamwork and high proactivity.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 6 years
