Process Improvement Engineer

1. Assist in production operations to drive improvement in manufacturing efficiencies by utilizing continuous improvement techniques
2. Work with Quality and test to deliver a robust and cost-effective end to end process
3. Identify and implement new technologies, specification of requirements
4. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Sig Sigma tools and methodology / throughout the manufacturing facility and processes
5. Assist Process Owners in identifying barriers to project success and helps to drive changes when needed.
6. Problem solving in process an corrective action and Preventive action
7. Co-ordinate with all other departments mainly production, quality and maintenance to ensure maximum utilization of machines and keep track of all key indicators.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Food Engineering major or related 5 - 8 years experience in Process and Manufacturing Understand BRC PPM for Food Packaging Possesses basic statistical knowledge and the ability to apply statistics to process improvement projects Excellent in Office Application software, Words, PowerPoint and Excel Excellent inter-personal skills to build relationship internally and externally Cross-functional business team environment experience preferred Good in Written & Spoken at English
