Operation Executive: Machine Lifecycle (Urgent Recruitment: 2 positions)

Job Objective:

Responsible for managing and analyzing the Machine Lifecycle, including quality, performance, maintenance, cost, and cost-effectiveness throughout the machine's lifespan. This includes analyzing data and providing recommendations to support standard setting and management decision-making.

Job Details:

1. Analyze machine quality and Performance to evaluate efficiency and occurring issues.
2. Analyze Maintenance Cost, Repair Cost, and other costs related to machines.
3. Analyze Machine Lifecycle Cost and cost-effectiveness to support decisions on repairing, upgrading, or replacing machines.
4. Prepare and develop Machine Standard / Technical Standard suitable for usage.
5. Transform Raw Data into Data Analysis to identify Trends, Root Causes, and Improvement Opportunities.
6. Prepare Management Reports and Presentations with analytical recommendations for executives.
7. Coordinate with Engineering, Technician, Maintenance teams, and related departments to drive machine performance improvement.

Qualifications: Age 30 years or above. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, GPA: 2.8 or above. At least 10 years of experience in Machine Analysis / Machine Lifecycle / Maintenance / Engineering. Good Computer and Data Analysis skills, especially Excel, Power BI, or related data analysis tools. Ability to analyze data and transform Data into Insights to support decision-making. At least 3 years of experience in Presentation and presenting analytical data. Possess Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving skills, and the ability to present information to executives systematically. Proficient in MS Office / Microsoft 365; good English communication skills (TOEIC 600+ will be specially considered). Must hold a driver's license and be able to travel upcountry for work as necessary.
