Engineering Specialist

1. Control, supervise, and manage the spare parts repair technician team to ensure repair operations meet company targets.
2. Inspect and analyze technical problems of equipment undergoing repair within the Refurbish center.
3. Plan and control the repair process to comply with the standards and procedures defined by the company.
4. Prepare and verify reports for the incoming–outgoing of equipment undergoing repair and maintenance.
5. Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure smooth operations.
6. Improve and develop work processes to increase repair efficiency and reduce lead times.
7. Provide technical advice to the team and organize relevant basic training as appropriate.
8. Maintain and inspect tools, equipment, and various appliances to ensure they are in ready-to-use condition.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields. Good proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel. Able to use English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing well. Possess problem-solving skills and good interpersonal skills. Able to work Monday–Saturday, 08.00 – 16.00. TOEIC score of 600 up or able to communicate well in English.
