System Administrator

• Installs user programs and network programs on servers, workstations, and personal computers.
• Organizes workstations for users. Exercises control over the installation and commissioning of equipment by specialists from third-party organizations.
• Performs software configuration on servers and workstations. Performs laying, configuration, and optimization of the local area network (hereinafter referred to as LAN). Develops and submits for consideration proposals for the optimization and development of the LAN, including the acquisition of equipment.
• Ensures the uninterrupted operation of the server, LAN, and personal computers. Maintains the working state of server software, workstations, personal computers of users (both connected and disconnected to the LAN), mobile communication devices, copiers, printers, faxes, including developing and implementing a system of preventive measures. Ensures the integration of database and data stream management software for the server and workstations.
• Ensures the security of inter-network interaction and network security (protection against unauthorized access to information, viewing, or modification of system files and data).
• Is responsible for technical information protection.
• Independently troubleshoots issues in the operation of servers, personal computers, network equipment, and software.
• Performs technical preparation and conducts video conferences, forums, hearings, and other public events.
• Trains users on network operation and archive management, and consults users on the use of computers, programs, and the network.
• Drafts instructions for working with network resources and brings them to the attention of users.
• Provides email services, registers users, assigns identifiers and passwords, and updates data in a timely manner.
• Takes exhaustive measures to preserve data, including in the event of network, server, or individual computer malfunctions, including ensuring timely data copying and backup.
• Generates documents and files for obtaining a key certificate.
• Monitors the use of network resources and disk space, identifies user errors and LAN malfunctions. Conducts explanatory work. Reports cases of network abuse and measures taken to the Head of the Information Technology and Information Security Department.

18. software update procedures for technical equipment adopted in the organization;
