IT and Information Systems Manager for a leading industrial company
About the company
A CIO is required for a central role with overall responsibility for information systems and technological infrastructures, possessing business vision and deep familiarity with processes in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Your tasks
The role includes responsibility for ERP, BI systems, and systems supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics processes, alongside responsibility for IT infrastructures, communications, servers, Cloud Microsoft 365, information security, backups, and business continuity.
As part of the role: leading technological projects, digitization and automation, characterizing needs against business units, improving and implementing processes and systems, managing a team, vendors, and the IT budget. And of course - involvement also in promoting AI solutions within the organization.
The role combines professional management with technological involvement and ongoing work with the company's management and business units.
Requirements
What is important to us
- At least 5 years of experience in IT / Information Systems management
- Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or process company and an understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
- Experience in team management
- Significant experience in managing and implementing ERP systems – experience in Priority is a significant advantage
- Experience with BI systems
- Experience in IT infrastructures, servers, communications, Cloud, and Microsoft 365
- Experience in information security, backups, and business continuity
- Experience in leading technological projects and managing vendors and budget
- Familiarity with MES systems and manufacturing systems – an advantage
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- Very good level of English
