School Techno-Pedagogical Implementers Wanted

For the Ministry of Education's 720 program, which works to promote personalized learning in English through advanced digital systems, techno-pedagogical implementers are needed for schools across the country.

The role framework will involve responsibility for accompanying and implementing the program in schools, supporting education teams, conducting training and implementation processes, identifying challenges, and providing ongoing support for field needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Training and implementing the 720 program in the schools under the implementer's responsibility, including systems, tools, working methods, and software workflows.
• Techno-pedagogical support for teachers participating in the program.
• Identifying challenges, barriers, malfunctions, and needs arising from the field, and conveying them to the designated authorities.
• Documentation, collection, and refinement of information for learning, monitoring, and continuous improvement purposes.
• Formulating recommendations for action plans to improve work within the systems.
• In-depth learning of the software participating in the program, developing proficiency and expertise in product and tool capabilities to provide professional responses to schools, while working with support providers and contact persons in the software companies.
• Participation in professional training, work meetings, and learning and improvement forums.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree – advantage.
• Experience in training, implementing information systems, supporting change processes, user support, or project management.
• High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory.
• Experience in technology implementation.
• Training, support, and partner engagement abilities.

Employment Terms:

• Full-time position
• Temporary position - 10-month project
