School Mentors Wanted

For the Ministry of Education's 720 program, which promotes personalized English learning by strengthening the teacher's role as a leader of learning processes through the use of advanced digital systems. As part of the role, you will be responsible for mentoring, implementation, and coordination of the program in schools within the district, while creating continuity of work and cooperation between schools, supervision, and the program team. The role includes mentoring educational teams participating in the program, supporting implementation processes in schools, identifying challenges, and providing ongoing responses to field needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordination and leading the implementation of the 720 program in the district under the mentor's responsibility.
• Ongoing work with English teaching supervisors in the districts and with teachers in schools, to promote optimal integration of the program.
• Pedagogical mentoring of teachers participating in the program, mentoring learning processes and teacher communities.
• Professional mentoring of the school-based 720 implementer.
• Supporting the implementation of technological systems and tools in schools.
• Identifying challenges, barriers, and needs arising from the field and conveying them to the relevant parties in the district.
• Monitoring program implementation and school progress based on data.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree – Mandatory | Master's degree – Advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in the education system teaching English.
• Experience in leading techno-pedagogical processes in English teaching.
• Very high proficiency in English (at least C1–C2 level).
• Experience in implementing technology in education and leading change processes.
• Abilities in training, mentoring, and engaging partners.
• High digital literacy.
• Ability to work in a multi-partner environment.
• High digital literacy.
• Mobility between schools in the district.
• Advantage for experience in teacher training and mentoring educational teams.
