LG is hiring for the position of Sales Operation Salary 18,000-22,000 Work Monday - Friday, 08.30-17.30 Located at One Bangkok building (MRT Lumphini) Outsource under Boss Outsourcing Service co.,ltd

Job Description

• Extract sales data from platforms and import into the GERP system (Manual order)
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of orders entering GERP via API system (Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok)
• Verify selling prices on platforms to match the MEMO
• Verify SKUs listed for sale to match the Memo and product names
• Check and report duplicate orders (Duplicate Order)
• Verify and track order status
• Report sales figures from platform orders
• Answer questions and assist CS in resolving problems through various channels

Qualifications

• Female, age 25-40 years old
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working with online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada
• Flexible working hours; able to work on Saturday or Sunday
• Proficient in Excel; able to use Pivot and Vlookup formulas
• Basic knowledge of English; enjoys learning / inquisitive / alert / able to think and solve immediate problems
