Technical and Operational Employee

A leading industrial company is looking for an employee for a diverse and interesting role, combining technical and physical work in the factory alongside office work in the fields of procurement, operations, and shipping. The role is suitable for a candidate with a technical orientation, good hands, the ability to work independently, and a desire to integrate into a diverse role involving responsibility and routine operations.

What does the role include?

• Ability to manage the routine maintenance team for machines, equipment, and facilities in the factory
• Performing assembly, repair, and construction of components according to drawings
• Performing procurement orders and tracking deliveries
• Routine work with suppliers in Israel and abroad
• Preparing shipments and handling shipping processes in Israel and abroad
• Routine work with computers and the company's information systems
• Performing operational and administrative tasks according to the factory's needs
• Providing responses to the routine operational and technical needs of the factory

Experience in maintenance, assembly, metalwork, or technical jobs – an advantage

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings – an advantage
• Technical orientation and ability to work well with tools
• Ability and willingness for physical work
• Ability to work with suppliers and various parties in Israel and abroad
• High proficiency in a computerized environment and information systems
• Good command of Office software
• Experience working with an ERP system, specifically Priority – an advantage
• High level of English – mandatory, including the ability to conduct oneself in writing and orally
• Order, organization, responsibility, and the ability to work independently
• Driver's license – mandatory
