Fraud Countermeasures Systems Operations Engineer

∙ Preparation of technical specifications for cybersecurity services ∙ Development of service architecture and implementation options on the company's infrastructure ∙ Interaction with development companies offering software and hardware complexes of cybersecurity services ∙ Implementation and configuration of developed/purchased cybersecurity services ∙ Conducting effectiveness assessments of services, development and technical improvement ∙ Entering information regarding Services in Jira/Confluence ∙ Monitoring performance and troubleshooting service delivery failures ∙ Development of technical support mechanisms for services for end users ∙ Budget planning for the operation and development of cybersecurity services Work schedule: For employees with disability groups I and II - a five-day work week with two days off on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 17:00 (35 hours per week); For employees with disability group III - a five-day work week with two days off on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 18:00 (40 hours per week)

Requirements

∙ Higher technical education in the field of telecommunications ∙ At least 2 years of experience in the development or operation of a core voice network at a telecom operator, or in the telephony field of the banking sector ∙ Project management experience Expert knowledge: - structure and elements of a voice operator's CS-core, their interaction, and inter-operator interaction - Call-flow scenarios of voice calls - principles of operation of a telecom operator's real-time billing systems - implementation of intelligent voice services and voice traffic management (IN-services); - network and communication protocols (TCP/IP, SCTP, http, ftp/sftp/ssh, CAMEL, ISUP, MAP, SOAP, REST) - banking IT systems (CRM) - server equipment and server operating systems - methods and standards of information protection in distributed interacting systems ∙ English language proficiency at A2-B1 level ∙ Proficiency in structured languages for retrieving information from databases (Oracle SQL, SPL Splunk) and instrumental systems for obtaining analytical reports
