Requirements

Quoted workplace for participants of the SMO Experience in the field of development or operation of the core voice network (CS-core) at a voice communications operator, or in the field of banking sector telephony of at least 2 years Higher technical education Project management experience (project management) Ability to analyze large volumes of data Experience in compiling and maintaining operational documentation for implemented systems Expert knowledge: structure and elements of a voice communications operator's CS-core, their interaction, inter-operator interaction Call-flow scenarios of voice calls principles of operation of real-time billing systems of a communications operator implementation of voice intelligent services and voice traffic management (IN-services) corporate telephony systems network and communication protocols (TCP/IP, SCTP, http, ftp/sftp/ssh, CAMEL, ISUP, MAP, SOAP, REST) banking IT systems (CRM) server equipment and server operating systems methods and standards of information protection in distributed interacting systems principles and mechanisms of big data processing and implementation of Machine Learning algorithms proficiency in English at a level sufficient for oral communication and business correspondence with foreign partners proficiency in structured languages for retrieving information from databases (Oracle SQL, SPL Splunk) and instrumental systems for obtaining analytical reports
