Participate in the development and launch of enterprise digital solutions as a business translator. Search for and propose initiatives for implementation as digital solutions, including within the framework of enterprise efficiency improvement projects. Perform analysis of current processes. Identify opportunities for increasing efficiency, reducing manual labor, and eliminating waste. Develop proposals for digital solutions and automation. Prepare demonstrations of the operation of digital solutions launched at the enterprise. Analyze the effectiveness of implemented projects. Conduct training sessions for enterprise employees on new technologies. Provide support and modernization of existing enterprise digital solutions.

Requirements

Higher professional technical education; Work experience of at least three years; The employee must know and apply in their work: - modern digitalization and automation technologies; - basics of working with industrial control systems (АСУ ТП, SCADA, MES); - project management principles and working with contractors; - basics of production technology and industry specifics; - principles of production systems and lean manufacturing; - methods for analyzing production processes and identifying waste; - basics of alumina production technology; - technical characteristics, design features, purpose, operating modes, and equipment operation rules; - main aspects of contractual and regulated relationships with contractors regarding capital repairs and production service maintenance; - standards for the frequency and duration of technological production repairs; - main principles of Business System implementation; - legislative and regulatory legal acts, methodological materials on production management; - labor economics and production organization; - significant environmental aspects; Proficient PC user; Foreign language proficiency level: Elementary; The Manager must possess digital competence at the level minimally required to increase the level of digitalization and automation of repair, production, logistics, and other enterprise processes.
