R&D Performance & Efficacy Test Officer

• Research and determine efficacy testing methods for Personal care products to be used for label claims • Research information including research related to testing assigned from Formulator or MKTG • Design testing methods and conduct experiments until an appropriate testing method is obtained • Find testers according to the specified number and qualifications, and coordinate with testers regarding testing details, send test samples, and collect test results • Conduct testing, analyze test results, and prepare test reports • Maintain testing instruments • Coordinate the sending of test samples to external agencies, including government agencies, private sectors, and international organizations

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science or Cosmetic Science Work experience or internship related to product efficacy testing will be specially considered Experience in scientific research will be specially considered Basic knowledge of statistics Good communication skills, ability to work well with others, and good coordination skills Good English language skills
