E-commerce Sales Executive

• Daily Store Operations — Manage the daily operation of the official flagship store, including product listing/delisting and listing optimization (titles, selling points, main images and detail pages), ensuring the shop health score and all platform performance metrics stay on target.
• Campaigns & Mega Sales — Handle platform campaign registration, product selection, slot negotiation and cadence planning for events such as 10.10, 11.11, 12.12 and Payday Sale.
• Advertising — Build, bid on and optimize on-platform advertising, control ROAS and ad-cost ratio, and deliver regular performance reviews.
• Inventory Management — Align with full-fill partner on stock levels and inbound schedules to prevent stock-outs and overselling.
• Data Analysis — Track core metrics including GMV, conversion rate, average order value, return rate and traffic composition.
• Channel Coordination — Support the resolution of issues involving agency partners (TP partners).
• Customer Service & Reputation — Monitor customer service response performance, manage reviews and after-sales issues.

The E-Commerce Sales Executive is responsible for driving online sales performance across all digital channels for TP-Link products. This role manages e-commerce platforms, campaigns, live streaming, and online merchandising to ensure sustainable growth, strong brand presence, and excellent customer experience focus on Lazada and TikTok.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related fields. 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in IT business or retail. Familiar with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify, etc.). Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, and Excel or etc. Good English communication skills (preferred).
