International Procurement Clerk

A leading distribution company is looking for a Brand Coordinator and Procurement Planner for a central role working with international manufacturers.

What does the role include?

• Planning and issuing purchase orders in accordance with sales, forecasts, inventory levels, and business needs.
• Monitoring orders, delivery dates, and product availability.
• Analyzing sales and inventory data for procurement planning and decision-making.
• Routine work with Excel and ERP systems.
• Using AI tools and advanced technologies for information analysis, process optimization, and improving work methods.
• Working with various interfaces within and outside the company.
• Responsibility for the routine and direct contact with manufacturers abroad regarding supply, products, orders, and commercial information.

• Previous experience in procurement, inventory planning, or working with international suppliers or brands – a significant advantage.
• Very high proficiency in Excel, excellent analytical skills, very high level of English for routine work with manufacturers abroad, high technological orientation, and proficiency in AI tools.
