Purchasing Agent for an Electronics Company

Sourcing manufacturers and suppliers in the fields of mechanics (machining, assembly, forging, etc.) and similar areas in Israel; improving commercial terms with existing manufacturers. Conducting negotiations and pricing with manufacturers and suppliers, and leading the contracting process accordingly. Sourcing products, solutions, and responses to technological and/or service needs for production, development, and final products according to the needs of the service recipients until their receipt and approval. Performing purchasing and monitoring orders and deliveries throughout the company until the completion of the logistics process and availability for production – full responsibility for the entire process. Generating control reports, responsibility for shortage control, promotion, and availability for production.

Good salary and conditions!

• Experience as a Purchasing Agent, experience in establishing communication agreements, supplier management, and performing sourcing.
• Experience with ERP systems with proficiency in working with MRP, advantage for PRIORITY system.
• Proficiency in English - speaking and writing levels, academic education - Bachelor's degree mandatory, preference for fields of Logistics / Industrial Engineering and Management, training/courses in the field of purchasing and procurement - advantage.
