Demand and S&OP Planner - Kemifel

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for demand planning, inventory, procurement, and production, working with many interfaces in Israel and abroad, and leading processes that directly affect product availability and business activity.

What does the role include?

• Building demand forecasts in collaboration with marketing, sales, and trade, and translating them into inventory, procurement, and production plans.
• Planning raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products with suppliers and manufacturers in Israel and abroad in volumes of tens of millions of NIS.
• Early identification of shortages, surpluses, delays, and deviations, and leading solutions with the relevant interfaces.
• Supporting launches and the introduction of new products, alongside improving and building work processes.
• Leading projects and change processes to improve work processes and company performance.

• At least 3 years of experience in S&OP or demand planning.
• Experience in an operational or manufacturing environment and working with raw materials, packaging materials, suppliers, and product trees.
• Very high proficiency in Excel.
• Very good English.
• Experience in dietary supplements, food, cosmetics, pharma, or consumer goods: a significant advantage.
• Experience in an ERP system: an advantage.
