Project Manager
Coordinate the work of Company employees, contractors, suppliers, and other persons involved in project implementation to effectively achieve project goals; Develop detailed project plans, track work execution in accordance with project schedules; Ensure project implementation on time and in accordance with the approved budget: Project budget planning and control; Project implementation timeline planning and control; Manage changes within projects (scope of work, timelines, budget) using appropriate methodologies; Ensure interaction with all persons involved in project implementation: Project team; Suppliers, contracting organizations; Octapharma employees; Ensure effective communication within the project; Create and maintain project documentation and project reports in accordance with corporate standards and the project management methodology adopted in the Company: document management within the project; preparation of project progress reports; verification of documents, reports, and payment documents developed and provided by contractors within the framework of project implementation; Verify and coordinate contracts with contracting organizations and monitor their execution; Maintain official communication with contractors within the project. Visit construction sites to monitor the implementation of construction projects (until the final handover of facilities to internal customers); Manage risks within projects.
Requirements
Higher education; Preferred experience - pharma industry or food industry; English proficiency Upper Intermediate-Advance (at the level of conducting negotiations with foreign colleagues); Proficient user of Microsoft Office, including MS Project; Ability to work independently and in a team; Excellent communication skills, proactivity, analytical thinking; responsibility, honesty, flexibility, openness, ability to work with large volumes of information; Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multitask and attention to detail. Compliance: - Have an understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles; - Have an understanding of general requirements for a production facility; - Have basic knowledge of the design process; - Comply with EHS procedures/instructions. Project management knowledge: - Have an understanding of the main project stages; - Have the ability to holistically understand the project scope (including utility networks, equipment, control systems); - Understand the cost distribution structure and cost estimation tools; - Understand critical path planning. Planning: - Have a basic understanding of timelines (design, feasibility duration); - Have an understanding of critical path planning; - Have the ability to effectively use the schedule as a tool for project advancement.
