Assistant Maintenance Manager

1.Plan, manage, and control daily maintenance activities for machines, equipment, and utility systems. 2.Supervise maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective operations. 3.Plan and supervise preventive maintenance activities to minimize machine downtime and improve equipment reliability. 4.Analyze machine breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. 5.Monitor and improve machine performance, efficiency, and maintenance costs. 6.Manage spare parts inventory and purchasing. 7.Prepare and maintain maintenance documents and records including work instruction (WI), checklists, maintenance history records, and reports. 8.Coordinate and manage machine installation , relocation, modification, and facility expansion projects. 9.Coordinate and manage suppliers, contractors, and service providers. 10.Support machine, jig, and tooling development activities together with process development team. 11.Ensure all utility systems are operating properly including air conditioning system, chillers, ventilation systems, air compressors, dust extraction system, and others. 12.Ensure maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and regulations. 13.Support other departments as requested. 14.Other job assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years experience in Industrial plant Maintenance. Experience in supervising maintenance team would be an advantage. Leadership, problem solving, and project management skill. Knowledge and experience in: -PLC , automation, and robotic system. -Pneumatic and Hydraulic system. -Utility system such as air compressor, chiller, air conditioning system, dust extraction system Ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams, pneumatic diagrams, and hydraulic diagrams. Experience with 2D/3D drawing using CAD software such as Solidworks and AutoCAD would be an advantage. Knowledge and experience of Preventive Maintenance (PM) system and machine improvement activities. Experience with ERP for maintenance management would be an advantage. English communication would be an advantage.
