Bartender

1. Welcome and interact with customers at the bar area in a friendly and polite manner
2. Create mixed drinks according to the establishment's standard recipes
3. Prepare ingredients for garnishing, cut ice, prepare syrups, and beverages
4. Check liquor and equipment stock; perform daily/weekly counts of glassware and alcohol bottles
5. Maintain cleanliness of the bar counter area and beverage mixing equipment, and store glassware carefully

Strictly comply with laws and regulations regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages

Qualifications: Education: High School, Vocational Certificate, High Vocational Certificate or higher Age: 20 years old and above At least 1–3 years of experience working as a Bartender in the restaurant, bar, or hotel business Knowledge and understanding of types of spirits, wine, beer, cocktails, and the flavors of various ingredients Drink mixing skills and proficiency in using bar tools Good level of English; able to converse with foreign customers Good personality, self-confident, and able to work in shifts
