Maintenance Technician Supervisor (รับสมัครด่วน)

Job Description

1. Provide the service covering pumps repair service, valve repair, machining work, motor recondition (basic Mechanical & Electrical repair)
2. Take maintenance scheduled in order to prevent breakdown.
3. Take Corrective maintenance, breakdown problems and Support RCFA ( Root cause failure analysis)
4. Coordinate for the execution of daily maintenance activities and control supplier.
5. Provide the service for equipment inspection and general service form.
6. Maintain good housekeeping at work site and ensures tools and equipment are kept in good working order.
7. Be responsible for maintenance works plan.
8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety regulations.
9. Mobilize and supervise contractors on major/ rectification works.
10. Be responsible for supervising and monitoring supplier regarding the work schedule, quality, safety and performance.
11. Be responsible for spare part stocks of supplies and equipment.
12. Support maintenance team to diagnose failure, breakdown problems and RCFA ( Root cause failure analysis)
13. Update PM records and equipment history with complete maintenance reports and work orders.
14. Coordinate and improve health and safety policies/ procedure/ environment.(ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
15. Other duty as assigned.

Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience equipment/machine maintenance. Knowledge Basic understanding of Mechatronic or electrical and other systems. Knowledge about Electrical and Mechanical Drawing. Can work Overtime, in non-working time in case of machine trouble or assigned by superior etc. 5S/TPM/NAI / MTBF/MTTR will be an advantage. Good command of written and spoken English.
