Business Account Manager at OPEN

Financial Services from the Altshuler Shaham Group is looking for a Business Account Manager for the OPEN system. OPEN is an advanced fintech platform specializing in FX conversions and international money transfers for companies and businesses in Israel. We are looking for a Business Account Manager who knows how to combine the highest level of service with financial understanding and the ability to identify business opportunities. This is a significant role at the core of OPEN's activity – managing daily relationships with business clients, providing professional solutions in the world of FX and international payments, and leading a proactive customer experience in a dynamic trading desk environment.

What will your day look like?

• Managing strategic business client portfolios at OPEN, mostly importers of goods and services.
• Providing professional responses and personalized service to the company's clients at the level of CFOs, Finance Directors, and Procurement Directors.
• Routine operation of the OPEN system for existing clients, including onboarding, setting up suppliers/beneficiaries, and executing deposits and payments. Initial technical support and training clients for optimal use of the system.
• Identifying business potential for expanding activity, increasing the use of financial products, and deepening client activity with the trading desk.
• Bringing REFERRALS from existing clients and other opportunities.
• Routine work with trading, operations, back office, and compliance teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and high-quality service.

Job Requirements

• At least two years of experience in managing business clients on SaaS platforms - Mandatory
• Basic familiarity and understanding of the FX world or financial markets - Great advantage
• A combination of high service orientation, excellent interpersonal communication, and commercial thinking.
• Ability to learn quickly, high concentration, and the ability to work in a dynamic and intensive environment.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Good level of English.
