IT Support

ORTHOLOGISMOS S.A. is strengthening its Computing and Information Systems Department at its offices in Thessaloniki and is looking for an Executive who wishes to contribute to the daily technical support and the smooth operation of the company's information systems.

The role: As an Executive of the Computing and Information Systems Department, you will be responsible for: Providing technical support to the company's users (On-site & Remote) regarding computers, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, photocopiers, and other peripheral equipment The installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripheral devices, as well as the preparation of equipment for new employees Supporting corporate applications and accounting information systems Monitoring the smooth operation of corporate IT equipment and applications, and supporting video conferences Collaborating with external partners and technology providers, as well as participating in projects for the improvement and modernization of information systems

Required Qualifications: What we would like you to bring to the team: University/Technical Institute/IEK Degree in Informatics or a related field (desirable) At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk position in a corporate environment Basic knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN) Good knowledge and use of the English language Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail Communication skills and willingness to serve users Team spirit and a willingness for continuous learning

Will be particularly appreciated: Experience in ERP or accounting applications Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory Experience in managing Microsoft 365 services Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress)
