ΟΡΘΟΛΟΓΙΣΜΟΣ is looking for an Internal Auditor!

ΟΡΘΟΛΟΓΙΣΜΟΣ is strengthening its Internal Audit Services Department at its offices in Thessaloniki and is looking for an Internal Auditor who wishes to participate in demanding projects, collaborate with an experienced team, and constantly evolve their knowledge and skills.

The role:

In the position of Internal Auditor, you will undertake:

• As a member of project teams, providing internal audit services to private and public sector entities, in accordance with the Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS, IIA 2024).
• Risk assessment and evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal processes and controls, especially in public procurement, supplies, and financial management.
• Execution of audit tests and documentation of results.
• Formulation of findings and recommendations, participation in drafting reports and meetings with the management of the entities, and monitoring of action plans.

Required Qualifications:

What we would like you to bring to the team:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or another related field
• At least 2+ years of experience in internal or external audit or in a related accounting, financial, or consulting support position
• Very good knowledge of Ms Office programs (outlook, word, excel)
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Analytical thinking, report writing skills, teamwork, and meeting deadlines
• Driver's license and the ability to travel when required by project needs

The following will be particularly appreciated:

• Postgraduate degree in auditing, internal audit, or risk management, or an internationally recognized certification (e.g., CIA, CRMA, CFE).
• Previous experience in audit projects or accounting support in public sector entities and knowledge of the public procurement framework.
