Production Management Organization Engineer

Fluency in Japanese and English, knowledge of marketing (export of forest products) in the markets of the Asia-Pacific region. Analyzes the state of existing production management systems and develops measures to eliminate identified deficiencies and prevent them. Studies the enterprise's performance indicators and current management methods used in solving production tasks, and identifies opportunities to increase the efficiency of managerial labor, prepares recommendations for the use of scientifically based methods for the complex solution of management tasks using modern information technologies. Participates in drafting prospective and current production development plans, and in the development of rational organizational structures for production management.
