Performing audits in various business areas according to an annual work plan, including risk mapping, generating exception reports, investigating and analyzing data, and providing recommendations for process improvement and failure prevention. Writing a summary report for audit findings. Presenting audit reports to company management levels. Over 5 years of experience in the field of internal audit. Preference for those with experience in internal audit in financial institutions (banks/ insurance companies/ credit card companies). A relevant bachelor's degree is mandatory (advantage in accounting/ economics/ law). A master's degree in internal audit - advantage. High ability in data investigation and analysis and analytical vision. Advantage for those with experience and work with data analysis software - IDEA/ SQL. High-level familiarity and work with AI tools. High-level writing and phrasing skills. Good interpersonal communication and the ability to work with interfaces within the company, including management levels. English (writing and speaking) at a high level. Advantage for an internal audit employee with a specialization in information systems.
