Your tasks

Job Description We are looking for a Manager to lead the Salesforce systems department in the mortgage field, consisting of three teams: development, testing and support, and systems analysis. The role includes end-to-end responsibility for the systems lifecycle — from understanding business needs and formulating the solution, through specification, development, and testing, to implementation, maintenance, and production support. This is a role that combines people and manager management, technological leadership, and direct partnership with customers and business entities, in order to build solutions that support business activity and organizational goals. Building work plans, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources in accordance with business goals, team capacity, and dependencies between projects. Responsibility for systems analysis and specification processes, while ensuring alignment between business requirements and the implemented solution. Leading technological planning and architecture, in collaboration with professional entities, including integrations with internal and external organizational systems. Responsibility for leading projects and changes end-to-end, while meeting deadlines, budget, and quality goals. Responsibility for the stability of systems in production, service levels, incident management and escalation, incident investigation, and leading actions to prevent recurrence. Improving development, testing, version management, and production deployment processes; implementing automation, metrics, and best practices. Managing vendors and technological partners and coordinating work with technology units, information security, and business entities. Risk management, identifying blockers, and reporting to management on progress, quality, and goal achievement. Promoting a technological roadmap, examining new platform capabilities, and implementing them according to business value.
