Main Missions

1. Establish systems and oversee overall HR

• Establish and oversee HR Master Data to be complete and ready for use
• Create Dashboards for People Analytics to support executive decision-making
• Manage Payroll, benefits, and personnel budgets

1. Implement technology to optimize work processes

• Utilize AI and Google Workspace to design HR systems that reduce redundant steps
• Develop modern and user-friendly performance appraisal and recruitment systems

1. Build a sustainable organizational culture

• Continue and develop the Sporting Spirit and Zero Waste projects to become part of the school lifestyle
• Provide policy advice and manage diverse, flexible, fair, and inclusive personnel benefits

Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in HR Strong data analysis skills, systematic thinking, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to executives Advanced level Microsoft Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Regression Analysis) Proficiency in Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets, Apps Script) for HR systems Ability to use AI tools to increase work efficiency Knowledge of labor law, social security, and Payroll Working proficiency in English (due to the presence of foreign teachers in the school) Active listening, empathetic communication, and strict confidentiality Growth Mindset — flexible, adaptable, and continuous self-development Proactive approach, ability to foresee problems, and propose concrete solutions Knowledge of Banding / Job Grading and Salary Structure (will be given special consideration) Experience in creating personnel development systems (Training & Development Plan) (will be given special consideration) Understanding of Zero Waste, Sustainability, or School Well-being concepts (will be given special consideration) Experience using Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Visualization tools (will be given special consideration) Interest in developing HR systems through Technology and Automation (will be given special consideration) Understanding of the alternative school context and prioritizing community, environment, and culture (will be given special consideration)
